We have been using Aftership for years howvere, features needed for reports that used to be offered have been put behind upgraded paywalls. Additionally, the app will sometimes not load at all and will need to be restarted multiple times.
Customer service does respond fairly quickly.

Had a question about the returns policy workflows and if it could be arranged. Purima sorted and resolved it within 10 minutes.
The app works perfectly, and I have not had any issues with it in 3 years.

I really like how easy everything feels now that the returns are centralized. It takes the guesswork out of the whole process and saves a lot of time.
